- Photograph Your Piece of Art
- Photograph the entire item.
- Photograph any details such as artists' signature, limited edition numbers, any defects, scratches, discolorations, damages, etc.
- When photographing an item framed in glass, photograph the piece at a slight angle to eliminate any glare.
- Photograph any letters or certificates of authenticity, if applicable.
- Save your photos in a place on your computer where you will know where they are. Your "desktop" is usually the easiest place to find them later.
- Evaluation of Pricing
- When establishing a price for an item, if possible consult with local dealers. If none are available, please contact us and we will attempt to assist you in establishing a price (may result in additional fees).
- How To List Your Item
- Register as a "Seller" with us by completing the Seller Registration Form
- After registering, use your email address and the password you provided to log into the Sellers Administration Area.
- Click "Add Artwork To Inventory"
- Complete Form
- Under Title of Artwork - Click "Load Photo"
- Click "Browse" to find the image on your computer you want to upload and then click upload.
- Repeat step 6 for up to 4 images
- Enter the information about your art and submit.
- Be sure to include any letters or certificates of authenticity in the "Notes" section, if applicable.

- Shipping
- It would be advisable for you, as Seller, to consult with a professional packer/shipper (UPS, Fedex, etc) as to the best method of shipping your particular item to the Buyer.
- Payment
- As Buyer, it would be advisable to use a method of payment that will guarantee your satisfaction.
