Listing your Art:

Price:     $10.00 per month per item for the first three (3) months.

All items listed will be charged $10.00 per month by credit card on the anniversary of their listing or must be paid in advance for three (3) months prior to the time of listing.  If seller desires to pay by check or money order, the first three (3) months must be paid in advance.

When paying by credit card, if an item is sold within the initial three (3) months, it is the responsibility of the seller to notify BuyAndSellYourArt.com by email; otherwise your account will be automatically charged for the following month.  If payment has been made by check or money order, it is the responsibility of the seller to notify BuyAndSellYourArt.com by email in order to receive a refund.

If your item does not sell within the initial three (3) month period, we will give you an additional three (3) months listing at No Charge.

As an added feature, your artwork will be shown periodically on the Home Page of BuyAndSellYourArt.com at No Charge.
           
Quotes on package deals of ten (10) or more items listed at the same time are provided upon request only.

No offensive items will be listed on BuyAndSellYourArt.com.  All items will be viewed by BuyAndSellYourArt.com and determined as to whether or not an offensive nature exists.

After listing your item with us there is no charge to change or revise your information for the first three (3) days.  After three (3) days, there will be a $5.00 charge each time a change is made.

Please allow five (5) business days for your ad to appear online.

BuyAndSellYourArt.com is a classified web site only.  However, if the seller so desires, BuyAndSellYourArt.com will act as agent for the seller.  A fee of 20% of the price of the item will be charged for this service.  Seller must pay all costs for shipping and handling involved in the transaction.

BuyandSellYourArt.com, or any of its affiliates, is not responsible for the representation of any listed items.

Appraisals:

BuyAndSellYourArt.com is not an appraisal service and does not offer free appraisals.  Should you decide to list your art with us, we will be glad to work with you in deciding on a fair market value.
